Video

During my time in Hines' Marketing and Communications (MARCOMM) team, I have had the honor of working on a variety of different video projects. These projects range from energetic advertisements to narratively-driven documentary style videos. My responsibilities during these projects include storyboarding, directing, filming, editing, and animating.

The SQ: 75 Varick

2024

"The SQ" is Hines' flexible co-working space. Featuring multiple spaces in various cities, The SQ empowers colleagues and partners to connect in a professional setting around the world. This video was produced as an advertisement for The SQ, at 75 Varick in New York City. The video features drone footage and b-roll captured during a rooftop party at 75 Varick. The video was edited using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. The final video has been showcased on Hines' social media channels such as Youtube, LinkedIn, and Instagram.

Torre Velasca

2025

Originally built between 1956 and 1958, Torre Velasca stands as an urban and historical landmark in Milan, Italy. In the early 2020s, Hines acquired the tower and transformed it into a mixed-use asset aligned with international standards. This video documents the story behind the renovation and restoration of the asset for stakeholders and the public. Today, Torre Velasca hosts office units, residential units, and as well as two restaurants.

The footage was shot during multiple phases of the renovation and at the grand opening. The video was edited using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Audition. The final video has been distributed through Hines' social media channels.

Waverly Place Rezoning

2025

Waverly Place is retail center in Cary, North Carolina, with 190,000 square feet of retail space. During the rezoning process, the community of Cary raised concerns over the impact of the rezoning, such as height, noise, traffic, parking, etc. To address these issues, a video was produced featuring the speakers who are leading the rezoning plan. The video was well received by the Cary community, with even the mayor of Cary reaching out to praise the video for its succinct and detailed explanations!

The interviews and b-roll footage were conducted over multiple days at Cary. The graphics were created in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop, and the video was edited in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. The full video has also been shortened into nine separate sections to make it easier for the public to find the information they are interested in. The final videos live on Waverly Place's website.
